Gebwell Oy switched to Monitor ERP in record time
The ERP system was upgraded to support the company's growth, internationalisation and business process development.
As Gebwell Oy's business has grown, it has been important to develop ways of working and ensure that the systems are able to support future needs. An important step in this development was the upgrade of the ERP system to meet the needs of a rapidly growing and internationalising company.

The new system chosen was Monitor ERP, whose easy integration and modern features designed with the needs of the manufacturing industry in mind easy integration support Gebwell's business expansion and boosts their efficiency. ERP is a system that integrates and automates key business processes such as sales, manufacturing, stock, accounting and human resource management. It gives the company a real-time overview of its business, improves data quality and speeds up decision-making.

Commissioning in record time
The project was launched in autumn 2024 between Gebwell's project team and Monitor ERP System Finland's experts. The project ran smoothly: the system was successfully implemented in the Finnish and Swedish operations in May 2025. The project progressed in a planned manner from kick-off meetings to process area-specific workshops, system definition and user training. Gebwell's project team was immediately able to test the system in the Monitor ERP test environment, where the company's product, customer and supplier data were transferred.
The ERP upgrade covered the entire Gebwell Group: the parent company Gebwell Oy and its subsidiaries Pivaset Oy and Gebwell AB (Sweden). The new system was implemented in five factories and seven locations, including production plants, technical support and sales offices. Due to its size, the project required a high degree of flexibility, integrated data management and seamless usability between the different units.

The new ERP system will affect the whole organisation. When it was introduced, staff using the system received extensive training and it now helps to streamline daily processes, improve data quality and support customer service efficiency.
Gebwell Oy
Gebwell Oy is a Finnish company specialising in environmentally friendly heating and cooling solutions for buildings. The company manufactures district heating distribution centres, heat pumps and heat accumulators in Leppävirra, i.e. the company has solutions for district heating as well as for geothermal heating and the utilisation of various waste heat in heating.
Gebwell Oy's products are a key part of the solution in the green transition and energy transition towards more sustainable, low-emission solutions in the built environment. The company employs 250 people in Finland.
