Anderstorps Lackeringsservice AB, also called ALSAB, works in powder coating. In a short period of time, the company has grown very fast and are continuously recruiting. The company wants to attract new employees and one step in doing so is to have an established ERP system. This is one of the reasons why they choose to replace their current ERP system with MONITOR G5. They are planning to go live in August 2018.
Through the years ALSAB has built their brand on personal commitment, delivery reliability, and high quality. During the last years, the company’s expansion has been strong. Their turnover has increased with 30% each year since 2014. This has led to the company now needing to review its work processes and internal communication.
– We have 20 employees who all – in a very active and committed way – perform powder coating at all levels and handle the following logistics. To be able to keep up with our workload we need to employ, says Mattias Larssen, Managing Director at ALSAB.

– We believe that we will be a more attractive employer when using a modern ERP system like MONITOR G5. We feel that many have heard about MONITOR or might previously have used the system. It is very positive to have such a user-friendly system, says Mattias.
ALSAB selected three ERP systems and compared the functions and the systems as a whole.
– Many of our customers use MONITOR and have recommended it to us. MONITOR G5 has everything we need – from attendance recording to planning of material and production. Instead of working with different system suppliers we now have everything in one system. MONITOR G5 is a complete, reliable, and long-term solution for us, says Mattias.
Direct deliveries to end customers take place every day from ALSAB’s facilities in Anderstorp. ALSAB wants to continue their high capacity delivery, and maintain short delivery times and high quality. The purpose of implementing a new ERP system is to improve the communication throughout their entire chain. ALSAB wants to be well prepared when the implementation of MONITOR G5 starts in May.
– We have a tight organization and an advanced process flow in our production. I strongly believe that we, together with Monitor, will be able to discuss, structure, and create a well-functioning work flow for us, Mattias concludes.
