We’re excited to announce that Monitor Academy has been re-launched, now hosted on a new learning platform: 360Learning. This marks a major upgrade in how we deliver learning across the entire Monitor ecosystem – both for employees and customers.

As of today, April 29, the previous platform (Eloomi) will no longer be accessible. All training will now take place on our new platform, 360Learning.

Here's what you need to know to get up and running in the new platform.

Accessing the new platform

New URL: https://monitoracademy.360learning.com 

To log in for the first time:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click the “Login with a password” button
3. Click a the “Forgot password” link
4. Enter the e-mail address we sent this message to
5. Check your inbox (and your junk folder!) for a reset e-mail and set your new password
6. Return to the login page and sign in with your e-mail and new password

And that’s it – you can start exploring the new Monitor Academy platform!

Getting started with training

When you log in, you'll be guided through how to navigate and use the platform, and you'll also be assigned a welcome course with more information about what’s new. The platform is designed to be user-friendly and easy to get started with.

What’s new?

Collaborative learning:

• Each company now has a private group forum for internal discussion around educational topics.
• You can also tag teammates, recommend courses, and share content.
• Please note: Monitor Academy admins have access to comments to provide support and assistance when needed.

Full access to the course library:

• All users will have access to the full course library during the implementation period and onwards (with a Monitor Academy license).
• Group admin features.
• Each company can assign a group admin to manage users, track learning progress, and assign courses.

More interactive and diverse content:

• The new platform allows us to create richer, more engaging training material.
• While existing content has been migrated, we’re actively working to update and expand it throughout 2025 and beyond.
