Soft Opening at our New Office

Last 22nd of February, we had a soft opening for all employees at our new office. Monitor ERP System Asia is continuously growing and has now invested in an office space over 6,600sq feet in Straits Quay (Penang) to cater for continuous growth. We are all very excited to work in our new office and it already feels like a second home.

Monitor ERP System Asia signed the contract on the office space in October 2018. Since then, the design team has meticulously worked on space planning, layout, design and function according to the space requirements. After a series of reviews and thorough evaluation of the design, contractors have tendered for the project and awards were given to the main contractor. The construction work started in the beginning of December. After three months, we were ready to move in, thanks to our great Project Manager and construction team.

Some of the key elements in our strategy is to:

  • Create a workspace that boosts efficiency and increases productivity
  • Be an attractive employer
  • Promote good health and well-being of our staff


With those in mind, the vision with the new office has been to create a fun work environment where our employees can be creative and get freedom and flexibility on how the work is done. We also think it is essential to offer a workspace that encourages knowledge sharing and problem solving.

We are hoping our employees will enjoy to work at our new office and looking forward to have friends, business partners and customers visiting us in Straits Quay.  Stay tuned for our Grand Opening in April!
