Our Presence in China

Since entering the Chinese market in 2005, Monitor has built a strong customer base in the eastern, southern, and northern regions of the country. Our Shanghai office, located in the city center, provides easy access to surrounding industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes and breakdowns complex business processes (related to software solutions) and translates them into feasible solutions.
• Ability to multi-task and manage complex matters with no supervision and with excellent follow-up skill.
• Ability to manage projects and project risk to ensure customer business needs are met go-live objectives are achieved.
• Ability to identify scope changes and impacts to existing project budget and deadlines.
• Ability to conduct effective conversations with executive level and staff level resources.
• Ability to deliver training classes and complex workflow charts (VISIO) and user instructions.
• Working with internal projects such as organizational and product improvements.
• Support sales activities, including pre-sales, marketing activities etc.

Requirements

• Understanding the manufacturing industry is necessary, solid knowledge, and experience in any of the following modules: Financial, Logistic, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, CRM, OA, experience with multiple modules is PLUS.
• Local Chinese, local experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 8 years’ consultancy experience, project management experience.
• Good at English language (speaking and writing, Group language is English).
• Presentation skills – standing in front of people.
• Quick learner with flexible mind, dynamic, open and positive personality.
• Ability to work hard, have patience and an eye for details.
• Capable of maintaining high performance and productivity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a team player.
