Monitor-to-monitor
Business communication at its simplest
We've made it as easy as possible for you to communicate with other companies that also use Monitor ERP. Monitor-to-Monitor, or "M2M", is a function which facilitates management of orders between companies that run Monitor.
What do I need to get started with integration?
To get started with an integration, you need access to the Full Access API and you need API licenses. For partner integrations, a partner API key is needed.
Keep in mind that, if 'Monitor Full Access API' is being used to write to the ERP System, by another party’s application, all of the application’s users/clients must have their own API license in the ERP System.
Frequently asked questions
Can Monitor ERP connect to my existing system?
Yes. Monitor ERP can connect with a wide range of external systems, including MES, warehouse and logistics, finance, e-commerce, CRM, EDI, shipping, CAD and other business systems. Monitor works with a selection of integration partners to help connect processes across your business.
Do Monitor ERP integrations require an API licence?
Yes. To get started with an integration, you need access to the Monitor Full Access API and the relevant API licences. Partner integrations also require a partner API key. If another party’s application uses the Full Access API to write information to Monitor ERP, each user or client of that application must have their own API licence in the ERP system.
Can Monitor build custom integrations?
Monitor can help with adaptations where a standard solution does not meet your requirements. Its adaptation team can create specific solutions including machine links, special imports and exports, data conversions and connections with external systems. Monitor first assesses your requirements before agreeing the specification and solution.
