Looking back, I believe implementing Monitor ERP was the right decision—a significant milestone in our digital transformation journey.
Before using Monitor ERP, our data was scattered across different systems and separate files, making it time-consuming to obtain accurate information. Decision-making often required consolidating data from multiple departments.

In 2026, PT Inti Presisi implemented Machine integration (MI), connecting Monitor ERP directly with its CNC machines to capture real-time production data and replace manual shop-floor reporting.
Key improvements after implementing MI
According to Dwi Suhartono, Production Manager, implementing Machine integration (MI) has significantly improved the overall production performance. Production efficiency increased from 50% to 80%, while On-Time Delivery (OTD) improved from 70% to 90%. Additionally, machine setup time was reduced by 90%, contributing to faster and more efficient production operations.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) achieves 100% inventory accuracy
In 2024, PT Inti Presisi implemented Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration in Monitor ERP, connecting its ERP system with the automated Kardex storage system to improve warehouse accuracy and efficiency.
Previously, we managed our warehouse manually, and discrepancies between physical inventory and Excel records occurred regularly. Now, the automated system retrieves items quickly and accurately, reducing the risk of picking errors. Most importantly, our monthly inventory counts now achieve 100% accuracy between ERP records and physical stock.
Purchase order suggestion reduces stockout and overstock risks
