Johnny Geschwindt started working with us in 2020 and during that time, he has gone from working as a Business Analyst to taking on the newly introduced role of Product Manager. Tell us a little about your journey with us
“When it was advertised in 2020 that Monitor was looking for a Business Analyst for the office in Gävle, I just had to apply. The role really caught my attention, and I wanted to be a part of a development team that was able to have a say in the development of the system. There is a very positive energy in our team and I’m proud of what we have created together.”
Tell us a little about your role as Product Manager
“I’m responsible for the analysis of future development needs as well as prioritizing and overseeing the roadmap that we in the Stock Team work with. I am also the main contact for the team, both externally for customers and internally for all our Consultants and Sales Representatives.”
What’s the best thing about your job?
“I like being involved in the development of the system and being able to influence its functionality and how we work. The very best thing is my colleagues and our customers that come up with suggestions on how to further improve the product. Here at Monitor, we have a very down-to-earth culture that goes all the way up to management, which is one of the reasons I am so happy working here.”
What do you like doing in your free time?
“I spend almost all my free time with my wonderful kids and my fantastic wife. We travel as often as possible. When I’m not with the family, I enjoy working on woodwork projects, and meeting up with friends.”
