Monitor ERP helps NOTE China improve its manufacturing processes and boost efficiency
The NOTE group has its headquarters in Sweden and is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange as an international Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) enterprise. With 12 production sites globally and approximately 1,400 employees, the group delivers end to end manufacturing services – from prototype development through to mass production and full assembly. The group is a key figure in the manufacturing, communication equipment and medical electronics industries, consistently placing quality at its core and committing to providing highly reliable electronics designed to perform under the most demanding environmental conditions.
NOTE China (Dongguan), established in 2009, serves as the group’s Asian manufacturing hub and currently employs 210 people. As business expanded and the demand for customization increased, the previous ERP system could no longer meet the needs of cross departmental collaboration and real time data synchronization. In response, NOTE China adopted Monitor ERP as its core platform in 2010 and has steadily upgraded it to the G5 version, thereby establishing a highly efficient digital management system.
Today, Monitor ERP is fully embedded in NOTE China’s key business areas, including manufacturing, purchase, sales, accounting and stock. By leveraging a unified database and coding system, Monitor ERP enables real time data synchronization across departments. On the production front, Monitor automatically identifies material shortages and triggers procurement actions; on the sales front, inventory fluctuations are instantly fed back into the orders module so that delivery schedules become more accurate. The PMC team utilizes functions such as CDT (Check Delivery Time), work center register and loading plan to coordinate materials and capacity, translating monthly plans into weekly and daily schedules, and linking stock, production and accounting into a closed loop operational model.
Monitor has changed an integral part of our growth and success.
During the system implementation phase, Monitor’s implementation team worked closely with NOTE China’s key users, conducting multiple rounds of functional verification, establishing several test environments and developing customized reports to ensure strong alignment with operational needs and that users could take advantage of the system’s flexibility adaptability.
From the G4 version in 2010 to the G5 in 2024, Monitor ERP has grown beyond a mere management tool – it has become a strategic partner in NOTE China’s development. With its flexible and reliable capabilities, Monitor supports NOTE China in meeting the critical challenges of digital transformation in manufacturing, and through continuous technological improvement and customized support, it drives NOTE China’s stable advancement within the electronics manufacturing sector.
