The Swedish Biathlon Federation and Monitor ERP Extend Partnership, Setting Sights on the 2031 World Championships

The Swedish Biathlon Federation and Monitor ERP System AB, main partner of the federation, are extending their long-term, strategically important partnership for another five years.

To realize the federation’s ambitious plans – including the development of a new event and performance center in Östersund and the bid to host the 2031 World Championships – strong, future-focused partnerships are essential.

"Having Monitor ERP with us on this journey means a great deal. Their support provides the stability and confidence we need to carry out major initiatives aimed at achieving our goal: to be the world leader in biathlon," says Sofia Domeij, Chair of the Swedish Biathlon Federation.

Monitor ERP, a developer and provider of an award-winning ERP system optimized for manufacturing companies, is headquartered in Hudiksvall, a small town on Sweden’s east coast. Today, the Monitor ERP system is used by more than 6,000 businesses in over 50 countries, covering the entire manufacturing process – from purchasing and production to inventory management, sales, and invoicing.

"We and the Swedish Biathlon Federation share the same ambition – to be the best in the world at what we do. That’s why extending our partnership for another five years felt like the natural thing to do. Hopefully, we can crown this collaboration with a World Championship on home soil in 2031," says Adrian Aptowitzer, CEO of Monitor ERP System AB.

The continued partnership means Monitor ERP will remain a key player in the further development of the federation – from education and events to nurturing future talent.

"Monitor is a partner who shares our values and shows genuine commitment to our sport. We are incredibly proud and happy that they remain our main partner, and we look forward to five more years together," says Rikard Grip, Secretary General of the Swedish Biathlon Federation.
