Due to Viaduct’s server maintenance on September 20, you will need to update the host keys in Monitor. The settings in Monitor no longer match Viaduct’s, meaning that files cannot be transferred.

To solve this, do the following for each source and target of the type SFTP:

1. Empty this field

2. Click this button to revalidate. The server’s new value will then be entered.

3. Remember to save!

Customers that have had hands-on help from someone at Monitor do not need to do this.

Please note: If you have received an e-mail from Viaduct with a host key to paste in, this isn’t for Monitor users but for users of Viaduct’s other integrations. The above instructions are for Monitor. Please remember that both the Sources and Targets tabs need to be managed.
