How do I log in to myMonitor?

Can only the ERP manager create the first account?

Yes, the first user in your company is created by your ERP manager. Once the first account has been created, more people can be invited to myMonitor.

What is my Monitor different from the old support portal?

myMonitor includes a new, modernized support portal which we plan to develop even further in the future.

What can I do in myMonitor?

In myMonitor you have access to several features that make working with Monitor easier.

  • Support portal: This give you an overview of all your companies and current support cases. You can create new cases, track the status of existing ones and communicate directly with our support team.

  • My Pages: Here you can find information about your invoices, orders, quotes and agreements – all in one place for easy access.

We will also add Monitor Store, where you as a customer can see prices and order new licenses.

Does myMonitor cost anything?

No, myMonitor is free.

Who can use myMonitor?

All our customers will be able to create an account. Once the first user in your company has been created by your ERP manager, you choose who from your company will be invited to the account. There is no limit to the number of users.

In which countries is myMonitor available?

MyMonitor is available to all our customers in Europe.

What languages are available in myMonitor?

The platform is currently available in Swedish and English but, as before, you can use your local language when contacting our support.

What devices can I use to access myMonitor?

You can use myMonitor both via the web and on mobile devices.

Will more features be added?

Yes, we will continuously work to add more functionality. You can participate by leaving your feedback and suggestions in the Monitor Idea Forum.
