Seamless connection between Monitor ERP and Qudak

Qudak is fully integrated with the priority plan in Monitor ERP, allowing the operator to work seamlessly between Qudak and Monitor ERP. The direct integration with the ERP system means you don't have to enter the same information twice and allows you to get up and running quickly without having to change your existing workflows.

Qudak as an MES system: Take control of your production

From receiving orders to quality assurance. Qudak offers an all-in-one web interface that helps production staff know what to do, when to do it, and how to carry out the work as per the latest procedures.

1. Order is received

Just as you are used to today, everything starts with an order being placed in Monitor ERP. It may be an order from a customer, an internal order or something else to be manufactured. This first phase marks the starting point for the entire production flow. The information in the order then forms the basis for the rest of the process – from planning and resource allocation to production and delivery. Whether you work with standard products or customized solutions, Qudak will take it from here.

2. Priority plan straight to your device

With Qudak, every fitter gets their personalized priority plan directly on their tablet, fully integrated with Monitor ERP. This means that everyone knows exactly what needs to be done, when it needs to be done and in what order. Instead of relying on paper or verbal instructions, installers receive all information digitally and updated in real time. This provides clarity, minimizes misunderstandings and allows everyone to quickly get started on the right tasks. The priority plan acts as a digital to-do list, directly linked to production.

3. Pick lists at your fingertips

If there is a pick list or a BOM (bill of materials) linked to the part to be manufactured, it is available in Qudak's digital checklist. Everything is automatically synchronized from the ERP system, which means that the fitters always have the right information in front of them without having to search for it. They can easily check off each component as they pick the material and the system also keeps track of what has been used. When something is marked as picked, it is automatically pulled from stock in the system. This saves time, reduces the risk of errors and creates clear traceability throughout the process.

4. Traceability

With Qudak, traceability becomes a natural part of the manufacturing process. While working, fitters can easily record the serial numbers or other identifying information for the parts directly in the system. The information is then automatically sent to your ERP system, meaning that everything is automatically recorded. This gives you full control and traceability, which is invaluable from both a quality and warranty perspective. You avoid duplication of work and at the same time get a clear and reliable log of what has actually been used in each product.

5. The perfect checklist

Qudak automatically ensures that each checklist and instruction matches exactly the specific configuration of the item to be manufactured. Based on the selected options and settings in the order, the system automatically generates a customized work instruction. This means that the fitter only sees what is relevant for that particular product, minimizing the risk of misunderstandings and incorrect assembly. The result is a clear, efficient and accurate production where every step is customized to fit the current order – like a digital instruction manual updated in real time.

6. Quality document

With Qudak, a detailed quality report is automatically created for each manufactured item. You can configure the report yourself to ensure that it contains the exact information you need – whether it's measurements, inspection results, or specific quality requirements. Once production is complete, the report is uploaded directly to the associated order in the ERP system, making it easy to keep track of and reference the quality documentation for each individual part. This automation saves time and ensures that all necessary quality checks are documented and easily accessible in the future.

Data-driven insights for smarter production

Throughout the manufacturing process, Qudak collects a variety of data points that are crucial to optimizing production. All this information is stored and easily accessible for analysis via their powerful assessment tools.

By having access to real-time data, you can quickly identify patterns, follow up on production speed, identify bottlenecks or detect any deviations in quality. With these insights, you can make more informed decisions, improve processes, and continuously increase production efficiency.

Easily analyze the entire flow or dive into details to understand exactly what happens at each step.

Benefits of a digital production workflow

Replace binders and loose papers with a digital system that gathers instructions, checklists, drawings, and other important documentation in one place.

  • Reduce unnecessary trips to the recording terminal
  • No more documents getting lost when moving around the warehouse
  • All work collected digitally in one place – easy to hand over to another person
  • No manual input or scanning of checklists needed
  • Integrated deviation management where the operator reports deviations directly on the work order. These can be exported to a case in Monitor ERP.
