Beverly Law, CEO of Monitor ERP UK

Meet Beverly Law – CEO of Monitor ERP UK

Beverly Law joined Monitor in 2024, but her journey with the company began back in the summer of 2021, when she completed an internship as part of her master’s degree at the Stockholm School of Economics. Since then, her career has moved fast and today, Beverly is CEO of Monitor ERP UK.

“After my internship, I really got a taste for Monitor. Still, I chose to start my career as a management consultant at McKinsey straight after graduating. Even then, I always felt I would return to Monitor.
During my time as a management consultant, advising senior leadership teams on growth and profitability, I realized I wanted to be closer to the business – to actually drive change, not just recommend it. Monitor gave me that opportunity: to lead larger strategic initiatives, which I genuinely find exciting.”

Tell us about your journey with Monitor

“It’s been full speed ahead from day one. I’ve learned an incredible amount – about manufacturing, our customers, the group as a whole, and also about myself. Above all, I’ve been entrusted with leading major strategic initiatives, which has been hugely rewarding and has helped me grow a lot professionally.”

Since September 2025, you’ve been our CEO in the UK – what’s that like?

“It’s an amazing opportunity to lead our establishment in the UK and to be trusted with building something from the ground up. I’m truly grateful for that confidence and for the opportunity itself. We see great potential in the UK market, and it’s exciting to continue developing that journey together with the team. The pace is high, but it’s also incredibly energizing.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

“Getting to work with people on a global scale and feeling that what you do really makes a difference – both for the company and for our customers. Working with smart, committed colleagues around the world, while knowing that our work makes a difference for our customers and the manufacturing industry, is hard to beat. I also have a strong sense that this is only the beginning. We’re entering a fascinating phase, not least with the rapid development of AI. Being part of a large organization with an entrepreneurial mindset makes it even more inspiring.”

How do you see the future?

“Bright. The manufacturing industry is facing huge opportunities, and we have an important role to play as an industry partner to our customers. For Monitor, it’s about staying relevant, curious, and close to our customers – and continuously evolving together with them. I’m convinced that we’re only just getting started in terms of what we can achieve.”

What do you like to do in your spare time?

“When I’m off work, I love spending time at home with my partner, family, and friends. I travel a lot for work, so quality time really matters to me. That said, I’ve always loved travelling and discovering new places, so I enjoy doing that in my free time as well. Training is also an important part of my life – I like a mix of strength training and running. But I also appreciate slower days, just switching off on the sofa and watching a good series.”
