Mah Sing Plastics Industries Sdn. Bhd. is one of the largest high-tech plastic product manufacturers in Malaysia since its incorporation in 1979. A wholly owned subsidiary of Mah Sing Group Bhd., the company is listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia. The company supplies plastic products such as pallets, containers, boxes, furniture and more.

We had the chance to talk to two key people from the company about their experience using MONITOR ERP. The Production Manager, Mr. Yeo Peh Ping mentions that the Monitor consultants are very good at introducing the system and making comparisons on before and after implementing MONITOR ERP System. 

He goes on to say that the system is a very good platform that has helped them in addressing their daily issues and problems in production. “The system enables us to improve our current workflow, which is manual, into a proper and fully integrated digital workflow that helps us to achieve better results.” Mr. Yeo said.

The Executive Director, Mr. Lee Foo Keong mentions that it is a good move for Monitor to setup regional offices in Penang and KL as it gives them the confidence that we are able to provide them with better service. “We have seen that Monitor ERP keeps updating their software with new features based on customer feedback.” Mr. Lee goes on to say. He also touched on Mah Sing’s direction of upgrading their production facilities to become a SMART Factory and that by partnering with Monitor ERP System they will be able to achieve this dream faster.
