Turning 50 is a milestone Having started in a small village in Hälsingland and developed into a leading provider of ERP systems is fantastic and something we’re very proud of. This year we will celebrate turning 50 together with both customers and employees, without them we wouldn’t have gotten to where we are today, and we’re going to continue growing together.
Monitor ERP is changing its logo
Monitor ERP, based in Hudiksvall, Sweden, is changing its logo and celebrating 50 years as a leading ERP system supplier to manufacturing companies. Monitor ERP has enjoyed a successful journey from its beginnings in 1974 and is now represented in 13 countries with over 5,500 customers worldwide and approximately 500 employees.
Monitor ERP are expanding and now have over 300 employees in Sweden
We continue to grow and have now reached a new milestone - over 300 employees in Sweden and almost 500 employees globally. With more than 50 new additions in Sweden in 2023, we've not only increased our number of staff, but also added a lot of new talent and skills to the company.
Meet Adrian Aptowitzer, the new CEO for Monitor ERP Sweden
On January 1, 2024, Adrian Aptowitzer stepped in as the new CEO for Monitor Sweden. He began his career at Monitor in 2012, and most recently worked as Consultant Manager. Adrian is a highly appreciated, transparent, and inspiring leader among his colleagues and is set to play a key role in strengthening our business and presence on the Swedish market.
Meet David Runefelt, who helps our customers reduce their climate impact
At Monitor ERP we care about sustainability and are pleased to introduce our new sustainability consultant – David Runefelt. He began in October 2023 and has over 15 years’ experience as a quality and environmental manager in the manufacturing industry. David focuses on helping our customers to measure, evaluate, and strategically reduce their environmental impact and emissions with our Sustainability by Monitor functionality.

Monitor ERP breaks turnover record and hits target to double by 2023
Hudiksvall-based Monitor ERP, which specializes in business systems for the manufacturing industry, continues its impressive growth. Turnover for 2023 is estimated to rise by 18 percent, resulting in another record year. Monitor has also achieved its ambitious goal set in 2018: to double turnover by 2023. The company thereby anticipates a turnover of SEK 720 million for the year.

Bjørnar Ødegård is Monitor's new CEO in Norway
Bjørnar Ødegård has been appointed our new CEO in Norway. An important part of Monitor since 2017 in the role of partner, Bjørnar was impressed by the functionality of our ERP system during a successful implementation for a Norwegian company. He has worked as Vice President Operations at Jets Vacuum AS for the last few years, but has followed Monitor closely during this period.

On April 19, the Factory Innovation Awards were presented at the Hannover Messe. Monitor ERP took first prize in “The Sustainable factory” category. The winner was chosen by an independent jury of experts. The decisive factors in the category were functions in the area of sustainability reporting and carbon dioxide emission calculation.
Dissertation at Monitor – “To be where the action is”
Viktor Rosvall's interest in programming started at a young age. As a teenager he took his hobby one step further and started studying computer science, firstly at upper secondary school and then university. This continued when he did his dissertation at Monitor and got a permanent job at the company.

From Istanbul to Monitor Support
Meet Hazal Kiliç, 24 She grew up in Turkey, studied in Istanbul and Gothenburg and now lives in Hudiksvall. Hazal is always keen to learn new things and try new challenges. She quickly became fluent in the Swedish language, and after nearly one year at Monitor has already tried two totally different positions in the Support Center.

Meet Morgan Räsänen, 23. Morgan grew up in Hudiksvall and is working his fifth straight year at Monitor.
